MAJESTICALLY ACTIVE TELECOM facilitates the submission, payment, tracking, and delivery of affidavit, CAC, publication, and related document services. Some services depend on external bodies (such as the Corporate Affairs Commission or newspaper publishers), and processing times may vary accordingly.
MAJESTICALLY ACTIVE TELECOM is an independent, privately operated service provider. We are not the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), the Nigerian Judiciary, or any other government body, and we are not officially affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. We assist with preparing, submitting, and retrieving documents on your behalf, but final approval, registration, or issuance of any statutory document remains solely at the discretion of the relevant government authority.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account or use our services. By using MAJESTICALLY ACTIVE TELECOM, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Prices for each service are shown on our Pricing page and are payable at the time you submit an application, either directly or via your wallet balance. Prices may change over time to reflect current costs.
Because most services involve immediate processing or submission to third-party bodies, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us as soon as possible if you believe you're entitled to a refund or need to cancel a request.
We process applications based on the information and documents you provide. We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or errors in a final document that result from inaccurate or incomplete information you submitted.
You agree not to use MAJESTICALLY ACTIVE TELECOM to submit fraudulent information, impersonate another person, or request documents you are not legally entitled to obtain.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the underlying software — is the property of MAJESTICALLY ACTIVE TELECOM or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without prior written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, MAJESTICALLY ACTIVE TELECOM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays caused by third parties (such as government agencies) outside our control.
You agree to indemnify and hold MAJESTICALLY ACTIVE TELECOM harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the platform or from false, misleading, or fraudulent information you submit.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, provided false information, or used the platform for unlawful purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from your use of MAJESTICALLY ACTIVE TELECOM shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation via our Contact page; if unresolved, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
