Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are hashed before being saved. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your MAJESTICALLY ACTIVE TELECOM account.
Staff and admin accounts only have access to the parts of the system relevant to their role. Every action taken on your application by staff is logged for accountability.
Uploaded documents are stored outside of public web access and can only be retrieved through your authenticated account or by authorized staff processing your application.
Payments are processed through Paystack, a licensed payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
